God is Faithful to Strengthen His Followers

Truth: God has the power to strengthen you through the darkest of moments and in the midst of your greatest trial. He is able! When you choose to look to Him in these dark moments, God will show Himself to you in miraculous ways and prove to you, and those around you, that He alone is God.
Scripture: “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.” 2 Thessalonians 3:3
Prayer: Eternal Father, Thank You for being my protector and provider. I know You have good plans for me today and that You are guarding my heart and life against the evil one. Help me to no longer fear, or to live with anxiety, but to rather trust myself to your loving care. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for the West African nation of Liberia to rise again as a powerhouse of spiritual strength in the region. Once a country that honored Christ in the past, the church now struggles to overcome current corruption and in-fighting. Ask God for revival in Liberia.
God Wants You to Join His Work in Spreading the Gospel

Truth: God has chosen each of us to play an important role in sharing the Good News with the whole world. When we begin to live our faith in front others and to pray for those that God has chosen to spread the message of His love and forgiveness, God is honored.
Scripture: “Finally, brothers, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.” 2 Thessalonians 3:1
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I pray today that You will grant me the courage to play a part in the expansion of Your kingdom. Help me to remember those you have brought into my life who are investing in the lives of others to grow and bless this world with Your message of hope and salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God Wants You to Stand Firm in the Truth

Truth: God knows that the world around you sends messages to your mind and heart every day that are self-focused and short-term in benefit. When you accept His invitation to stand strong and firm in the of God’s word, modeled by those around you, God will continue to see your own life as a vessel worthy of an overflow of His blessings.
Scripture: “So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.” 2 Thessalonians 2:15
Prayer: Dear Father, I thank You today for putting me in relationship with others who desire to know You, to model their lives after You and to honor You with every part of their being. Help me to begin today sharing the goodness that I have received with others so that they can hear and learn the truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God Called You to Share in His Glory

Truth: God’s blessings are abundant and sufficient for every person, every day. He desires you to play a role in the extension of His glory in the earth and when You decide to follow the good news of the Gospel God’s blessings will begin to flow through you to others.

Prayer: Gracious Father, Thank You for including me as part of your eternal plan. Help me to re-focus my heart away from my own needs and to instead turn the attention of my heart to the needs of others around me. I know that when I follow Your plan, Your own glory will shine through me to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God Wants You to Believe the Truth

Prayer: Eternal Father, Thank You for granting me the privilege of living, walking and believing the truth of Your word. I know that every time I choose to follow your ways, I find hope and purpose in You. Help me today to grow in the confidence that You desire me to grow in You and to be a blessing to those around me. God Chose You to Be Sanctified Through His Spirit

Truth: God has the power to transform every part of you into something beautiful and unique. When you choose to follow Jesus, a supernatural miracle occurs – God begins to change the inclinations of your heart and to cleanse your motives from the brokenness of the past.

God Prepares a Feast

Truth: God is not intimidated by evil, trials or even suffering. His commitment to be with you remains unchanged when life’s difficulties invade and even disrupt your routine. In fact, when trouble strikes God promises to prepare a feast for you.
Scripture: “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.” (Psalm 23:4)
Prayer: Lord, You are Joy. I choose to be with you today. I will not focus on the difficulties that surround me, nor the pressure of the day. Help me to find your peace in my day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for Kyrgyzstan and its Muslim people to hear the Good News in a way in which the can clearly hear and understand. Pray also that extremists would be silenced so that the church fledgling church can continue to grow.
God’s Direction Brings Comfort

Truth: God is like a kind and gentle shepherd, guiding and directing his sheep down the safest and best path. He knows what is best and when you stray his “rod” gently nudges you back in line. When God is your guide you will never lose your way.
Scripture: “I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and staff, they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:4)
Prayer: Father, thank you for leading and guiding me down the right path. I trust you to gently nudge me when I wonder and to protect me with your loving correction. I ask that you would be my Shepherd. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for the nation of Kuwait. This muslim minority is populated by many expatriate minorities, some of whom are believers. Recent laws have increased pressure on Christians to close their churches and silence their witness. Pray for believers to be motivated by love and to have boldness and courage in the face of opposition.
God Dissolves All Fear

Truth: God is more powerful than the worst of evil’s snares. Since God promises to never leave or forsake you, you can have confidence that God will lead you down the right path AND protect you from the onslaught of evil.
Scripture: “I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and staff, they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:4)
Prayer: Lord, I trust you today to erase my fears and to protect me from evil. I know that I am not alone and that you go in front of me to face my difficulties. Help me to experience your peace throughout my day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for the nation of Kosovo. Most citizens are nominal Muslims but through the influence of the Saudis and Iranians extreme Islam is on the rise. Ask the Lord to miraculously open the eyes of Kosovars to experience Jesus.
God Walks with You

Truth: God is your traveling partner. He walks with you in the good times of life and will never leave your side in the “valleys.” Since no weapon formed against God will prosper, the closer you stay to his ways, the more protected you are from harm.
Scripture: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.” Psalms 23:4
Prayer: God, I am grateful that you are with me every step of my life. Today I am choosing to be walk with you, according to your ways. I know that there is no reason to fear, because you are with me. Guide me and direct me according to your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for South Korea, a nation of strong Buddhist roots, but with a thriving evangelical church. Ask the Lord for protection from their militant neighbors to the north, for peace and for the Church to continue to send missionaries throughout Asia.
