Jesus Lived, Died and Rose Again

Truth:  God wants to insure that everyone who desires freedom from the bondage and brokenness of sin receives it now and forever. When you place your trust in Him, and receive Jesus as your Savior He will return one day and take you with Him to heaven.

Scripture: “We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.”  1 Thessalonians 4:14

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Thank You for sending Your Son Jesus to live a perfect sinless life, to die on the cross for my sin and to rise again for the dead so that I could have a restored relationship with you, both here on earth and forever in heaven.  I receive Your free gift of life and choose to walk with You the rest of my days.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for the Republic of Congo has just replaced two decades of communism with a broken system of crony democracy. Thousands have been killed and more than 300,000 displaced.  Pray for stability, integrity and an outpouring of God’s forgiveness and love.
