God Loves

Truth: God is slow to anger but abounds in goodness, kindness and favor.  Like a loving and caring Father, He desires nothing but the best for His children.  Unlike other religious deities God is for You not against You; and He is faithful to His word and to you. Ask Him today to show you His way and His path for you.

Scripture: Our Scripture reading is Psalms 69-88 and the key verse is: “But you, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.” Psalm 86:15

Prayer:  Gracious Father, Thank You for being compassionate and understanding. You see the moments when I falter or stray from the path that is best for me and Your love brings me back to the place that I should be.  Help me today to stay in Your love and mercy by making right choices and responding with my heart to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
