God Makes Everything New
May 12, 2010
Truth: You can trust God. He is righteous, loving and faithful. Everything He says is true. When the end comes and God judges those alive in Him and those who are dead in their wrongdoing and sin there is a reward. For those who follow Him He will make all things new.
Scripture: “The One who was sitting on the throne said, “Look! I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this, because these words are true and can be trusted.” Revelation 21:5
Prayer: God You are Faithful and True. Today I worship You because Your love redeems me and sets me free from the curse of my own wrongdoing. I look forward to the day that everything has been cleansed from the tarnish of evil and gleams with Your purity. Thank You for making me, for making all things, NEW! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

It’s New
May 11, 2010
Truth: When the end comes, God will make every thing that is old and broken, aging and dysfunction, pass away. He will replace it with something good, wholesome, beautiful, eternal and new. We will live in a new heaven, a new earth and God will prepare for us something that is life-giving and honoring to Him.
Scripture: “Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth. The first heaven and the first earth had disappeared, and there was no sea anymore. 2 And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. It was prepared like a bride dressed for her husband.” Revelation 21:1-2 (NCV)
Prayer: Eternal and Loving Father, Thank You for preparing something new for me. Since I have given my life here on earth to You, You have promised a new eternal place for me. It is a place filled with honor and worship of Your holy name and all things evil and selfish will disappear. Only good will be left. Thank You for this incredible promise. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
God’s Song is New
May 10, 2010
Truth: In heaven a choir will lead out a beautiful new song before the throne of God. It is a song of grace and thanksgiving, of worship and honor focused on the matchless saving work of Jesus Christ. Those who have been redeemed will know and sing!
Scripture: “This great choir sang a wonderful new song in front of the throne of God and before the four living beings and the twenty-four elders. And no one could learn this song except those 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.” Revelation 14:3 (NLT)
Prayer: Gracious Father, Today I want to thank you for redeeming me. You saw my desperate state, the evil that had trapped me and the sadness that surrounded me night and day. But because of Your gracious love and the sacrifice of Your Son, I have life eternal. May Your name be blessed in all the earth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
