Time to Change Direction

Truth: God’s ways are higher, better and headed in a different direction.  To truly experience God’s best we must shift the focus of our attention away from what can make our life better and toward what will give glory and honor to Him.

Scripture:  “From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is near.” (Matthew 4:17)

Prayer:  God, you alone are King Eternal. You have been in charge, You are in charge and You will be.  Help me to turn away from my own natural desires and from the desires of the world around me – and to put my complete allegiance in You. I will devote myself to pleasing You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
