Joining God’s Mission Requires Change
July 2, 2009 · Print This Article
God’s mission has a perfect beginning, a planned out journey and an ultimate victory. When you and I choose to join His mission we must make personal adjustments to His vision and yield control to His plans. When the destiny of your journey matches His plans for your life God is always near.
Scripture: “Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give them.” (Joshua 1:2)
Prayer: Loving Father, I recognize that your gentle and loving invitation to join your mission requires change on my part. I am committed to your mission, your plans and your vision. I will find my place in life, meaning and joy by committing to your mission on the earth. In Jesus’ name, Amen
