God is the One who gives us a Passion for Him

Listen to Moses cry out to see God’s face:  “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. How will anyone know that You are pleased with me and with your people unless You go with us?  What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?” (Exodus 33:15-16)

PRAYER:  LORD, nothing is more important to me than You.  I make the commitment today to turn my attention away from all the distractions around me and to seek Your face. You are the foundation of my life and reason that I exist.  I want to be known as someone who belongs to You.  I will seek You and You alone.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.
