God knows how easy it is for you to lose your way, or to get side-tracked from the path with “good-intentions.”  He loves you so much he created a clear path for you to find your way back to Him.

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (I John 1:9)

God, you are my Guide, the perfect One to keep me from going astray.  Help me to remember that I can find my way back to you through the simple act of admitting my shortcomings and sins.  I receive your forgiveness today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
