Being with God is the Goal

God desires to be with you.  You should desire being with God.  It is not about secluding yourself away from the busyness of life.  It IS about bringing Him with you into your busyness. It is the quiet prayer, the moments of reflection, the spontaneous worship and the kindness shown toward others that help you remember that God invites you to be with him, forever.

“And I will dwell in the house of he Lord forever.” (Psalm 23:6)

Dear Father in Heaven,  Today I make the conscious decision to be with you throughout the day. Help me to integrate your words of wisdom into my conversations, your thoughts into mine and then help me find time to truly thank you for your amazing handiwork I see all around me.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.
