The Greenbrier Church County Fair is in Town!

Popcorn, balloons, cotton candy, the World’s Hairiest Man…what a month this has been so far in PowerKids Church on Sunday mornings! We have had a FAIR amount of fun in February learning about FAIRNESS and how God asks us to treat everyone FAIRly! Last Sunday, we studied the parable of the Good Samaritan and were surprised to see who finally helped the traveler…who was an amazingly hairy man…and watched in amazement as a spry young donkey carried the hairy, injured traveler to the Inn!

This Sunday, there are more surprises in store as we learn how to do something that doesn’t come naturally to most of us…and we’ll learn how cool it is that God treats us with ultimate FAIRNESS by offering every one of us the gift of forgiveness and a fresh start – even though none of us deserve it. I wonder what Bible story we will be studying? Hmmm, anyone heard of a man named Saul? Come and find out more this Sunday!
