Happy New Year inROUTE! Here we GO…

It’s time to gear up for some new events and groups. Here’s a list of things to add to the calendar for January and into February.

Jason and Melanie Bedogne will be leading the College-Age Connection. They will meet the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month beginning on January 11. The time will vary from week to week so be sure to watch for emails and updates from them. Contact Jason at 757.560.4040 or Melanie at 757.589.3157.

Jason Bedogne will be continuing his Men’s Connection group on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday’s of each month beginning January 14 at 7:30am at Friendly’s Restaurant by the Mall. They will be studying book summaries by various Christian authors and enjoying breakfast together. Call Jason for more info at 757.560.4040.

Melanie Bedogne will begin her Ladies’ Connection group every Thursday at 12:30pm in the church conference room on January 15. Child care will be available. Bring your lunch and share a great hour in fellowship, book study, teaching, and prayer. Call Melanie at 757.589.3157 for more information.

Marsha and Brent VanNorman will host the Young Married group the 1st and 3rd Sunday nights of the month. The group will begin meeting again on January 18 at 6:30pm. They will be studying the book “The 10 Commandments of Marriage” by Ed Young. For more information call Marsha at 757.482.2701.

On Friday January 30, at 6:30 pm inROUTE Ladies are invited to join together for an evening of crafting and fun at Marsha VanNorman’s home located at 833 Redleafe Circle in Chesapeake. Whether it is scrapbooking, knitting, or stamping or whatever you do, you will find encouraging conversation and fellowship. Or choose to come just to hang out. We’ll be putting together a menu of soup and salad to warm our bones on a cold January night. Bring your swimsuit and towel if you want to hop in the hot tub. We look forward to seeing you there. Finally, at the beginning of February, the Bash of Bashes, The Annual inROUTE Super Bowl Bash. We’ll begin the party at 6:00PM on February 1 in the church Fellowship Hall. More info on that will follow.
