Anticipation

Did you know that Jesus is coming back?  The Bible says that every person who calls on His name, trust in Him, and walks in His ways will be saved.  But when is He coming.?  No one knows for sure but our hearts can grow in anticipation when we see an increase in extreme violence, war and natural disasters. These are “signs of the times.”

Jesus said, “When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” (Luke 21:28)

Jesus, today I will allow my heart to grow in anticipation for your soon and coming return.  You will right all wrong, bless those who follow you and redeem all of us back to yourself.  Help me to stay focused on your and share you love with others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
